How Your Order Works
Whether you order from home or visit our atelier in Germany, every piece is made to order, by hand, just for you.
Order Online
Order
Browse the collection and choose the look you love, then place your order online.
Measure
Your order confirmation email includes a form for your measurements and preferred date. Fill it in and send it back to us at Max@feist-style.de.
Production
As soon as we receive your measurements, production of your piece begins in our atelier.
Ship
Your finished piece is carefully packed in a protective, opaque bag, fully insured, and handed off to delivery.
Enjoy
Your new look has arrived - enjoy it.

Book an appointment
Visits to the studio are only possible with a prior appointment. Book your appointment to begin your fashion journey in Germany.
Consultation
Markus & Heike welcome you for a consultation. A fee applies, and it is refunded upon purchase of a suit or dress.
Measure & fit in person
Your measurements are taken directly, and our tailors make adjustments right in front of you, so you can see and feel the result.
Payment & deposit
Once you've found your dream outfit, a first installment is paid (cash or debit card), with the remainder settled upon collection.
Collect your outfit
Come back to collect your finished outfit, with any final adjustments made in person.

How much does shipping cost?
The shipping cost is already included in the price and varies depending on the destination country.
How far in advance should I place my order?
We recommend placing your order at least three months before your event date. This allows enough time for production, delivery, and any necessary adjustments.
How long does it take to create a piece?
Each piece is handcrafted and typically takes 6 weeks to produce. The exact timeline depends on our current workload.
Please let us know the date of your event so we can ensure your look is completed on time and arrives well in advance.
In special circumstances, we may be able to accommodate a rush order. Please discuss your requirements with our support team via chat or email.Your answer here.
Are faster options available?
Occasionally, selected pieces may be available with shorter production times. Please inquire for current availability.
Should I share my event date?
Yes we highly recommend sharing your event date when placing your order so we can ensure timely delivery of your piece.
Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from Germany.
Is it also possible to order online?
Yes. We have many customers all around the world, and we can put you in touch with references in your home country. We're happy to talk with you by Zoom or by email and help with all your questions you'll receive the same personal service as if you were here in person.
Can I cancel my order?
Once we have received your measurements, our tailors begin creating your bespoke look. Every piece is crafted exclusively for you, according to your individual proportions, preferences, and specifications.
As a made-to-measure creation cannot be offered or resold to another client, the order can no longer be cancelled or refunded once production has begun. We therefore kindly ask you to review and confirm all details carefully before submitting your measurements.
Do you offer different sizes?
Our outfits are designed to flatter every body type and can be tailored to your individual measurements. We carefully adapt each design to ensure a comfortable and elegant fit. You can also browse our client gallery to see examples worn by people with a similar build.
Can I request changes to a design?
Yes, we’re open to your requested changes. For example, you can change the colors and décor.
Please include your preferences in your reply when you send us your measurements.
Is it also possible to visit you in Germany?
You are welcome to visit us here in Germany. You can travel to Germany to check it here in person our tailors are on-site to make changes and you can see and feel the result directly. Both options are possible. We also have many reference customers around the world - if you'd like to speak with a customer from your home country first, that's possible too.
