Custom Order Policy

All Feist Style pieces are made-to-order and created specifically for each client.

Once an order is confirmed, we begin the individual production process, which includes material allocation, pattern development, and handcrafting.

Because each piece is produced exclusively for you, we do not offer standard retail stock or ready-made replacements.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once measurements have been submitted and production has started.

At this stage, your piece is already in the process of being individually created and materials are allocated specifically for your order.

We kindly ask you to place an order only when you are fully certain about your decision.

Returns & Refunds

As all items are made-to-measure or bespoke, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or refunds on custom-made pieces.

Each item is created according to individual specifications confirmed prior to production.

Measurements & Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for providing accurate measurements based on our guidance.

We provide detailed instructions to ensure the best possible fit.

Feist Style is not responsible for incorrect measurements provided by the client.

If adjustments are required due to measurement inaccuracies, additional costs may apply.

Production Time

Production times vary depending on the complexity of the design.

Standard production begins from approximately 4 weeks and may extend depending on workload and detailing.

We always recommend sharing your event date at the time of ordering to ensure timely completion.

Shipping

All orders are shipped from Germany.

Shipping times vary depending on destination and customs processing.

Once the item has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs authorities.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees depending on the destination country.

These charges are not included in the product price and are the responsibility of the client.

Intellectual Property

All designs, patterns, images, and concepts remain the intellectual property of Feist Style.

No part of our work may be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Design Variations

Due to the handcrafted nature of our work, slight variations between the product and reference images may occur.

These variations are intentional and part of the individuality of each piece.

Final Agreement

By placing an order, the client confirms understanding and acceptance of all policies listed above.

Each piece is created as a bespoke artistic work, made specifically for the client and their measurements.
