1. Custom-Made Items

All products are made to order based on the measurements and specifications provided by the customer. Once the measurements have been confirmed, the order cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.

2. Right of Withdrawal

As the products are custom-made and personalized for the customer, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations.

3. Issues with Custom-Made Items

If you have any concerns regarding your custom-made item, please contact us and provide details of the issue.

We are committed to discussing any concerns and working with our customers to find a reasonable solution where appropriate. However, as all products are custom-made according to the customer's measurements and specifications, returns and refunds are not available once production has begun, except where required by applicable law.
